Born on 21/11/1971, scorpion sign (ascendant virgin) in Modica (RG), Sicily / Italy.

 

1995, at the age of 24, he graduated with honors from the University of Pisa Egidio Giannessi, in Business.

 

1998, after a career in Accounting and Finance in private companies, at the age of 27, he decided to attend an MBA (Master of Business Administration) full time for 16 months, and high-profile training for Executive, at the School Business Management - SDA Bocconi Milan, obtaining a scholarship.

 

His wealth of experience was enriched in the Financial Planning Area, Finance & Administration Area, prestigious multinationals including Eli Lilly and Company (pharmaceuticals) and General Electric Company - Nuovo Pignone (energy sector Upstream), gaining a national and international path career.

 

Year 2005 is enabled as Expert Accountant and Auditor.

Since 2007 to date, he has worked as a Business Consultant and Managerial Supporter to companies and entrepreneurs from various sectors, including the Food sector, which strongly emerged fascinating and attracting him since the first approaches. Director General of Export Consortium for typical Sicilian food, he is now working with major companies in the national and European scene, preferring in particular the field of Semi-finished pastry and catering products. He developes a particular sensitivity for the sector of Finger Food and "Mise en bouche", sensing the unspoken potential of typical Sicilian products, whose traditions and flavors can be  tasted thanks to the high quality of raw materials used, typical of his island.

 

Year 2015, the constant idea to give full merit and qualitative expression to Sicilian products, in the scenario of Finger Food, as well as making it the testimonial of a Healthy and Proper Diet, becomes reality with the business project "Pizzuta".

 

Pizzuta aims and makes it his "Mission", to spread the Italian food culture of natural products, especially consumed in Sicily, whose mediterranean high-quality, meets the need of physical nourishment and gives colour every day  to the table we sit at, both feeding the palate and spiritual side of the human being.
