Eating out: Finger Food, Aperitifs, Restaurants

 

EATING AWAY FROM HOME, MAKES WRONG FOOD CHOICES EASY?

FALSE. Contrary to what one might think, in the Italian regions where the habit of dining out is more prevalent, a higher percentage of people reach the daily goal advised in the new Food Pyramid, including:

- 5 or more servings of greens, fruit and vegetables each day;

- 2-3 servings of fats such as olive oil and seed oil;

- 4-5 servings of complex carbohydrates like bread, pasta, rice, cereals, potatoes.

Examples of Finger Food and quality catering that I would like to provide and distribute to operators such as Catering, Chef, households and families, are based on the Italian tradition of healthy eating, with particular reference to the local gourmet products and high quality cuisine of Sicily. The ingredients used for the production, raw or cooked, in the minimum number of three, can be brought together harmoniously by analogy or contrast and they are finally tasted in a bite. Vol-au-vents of innovative forms and compositions, tasty morsels in Puff Pastry, Brisè, Short Pastry, flavored and spiced rice balls in mignon size, and more, are an example of the range of products that I can provide for your Events, Gala Dinners, Business Reunion, Family Events, etc...

 

 

 

"Well-being" is a state that involves all aspects of the human being. It is the condition that makes us feel satisfied both physically and emotionally and it's the best goal you can achieve in life. It is clear that before food, you can not remain indifferent: you wish, you admire, you disdain it, you taste it, you love it or hate it.

Food is always a valid protagonist of social rituals that mark our society; it can evoke pleasant or painful feelings, it can bring us back to childhood, to the warmth of the family, the pleasure of being with friends and enjoy the friendliness of people; it is the unifying element of any social relationship, either professional, familiar or emotional ... how many times have you found yourself leading important business around a table, and how many love stories have been born consuming more or less delicious foods ... to be able to enjoy recreational moments that the table gives us, it is necessary to know the most of what we choose to eat.

At this point, I decided to pay more attention, in finding the equlibrium between healthy and balanced eating, and everyday conviviality, that might force you to consume foods not properly correct.

I thought it useful to follow the advice of a NUTRITIONIST, and to transfer as much as possible his advice and recommendations in my Finger Food products, to express the control of eating behaviors together with a healthy lifestyle, so that the results of a balanced diet, will not be lost in time, but will become a new state of being without excessive sacrifices harmful for both body and mind.

Not surprisingly, my products focus on the Mediterranean Diet, associating all the healthy and balanced products provided in the Pyramid Food, including carbohydrates and vegetables, olive oils and seeds, white and red meat, high quality and certification of origin 100% Italian.

Italy, as always, is a great example of good eating and a balanced and healthy diet, and with the culinary diversity of its regions, including Sicily, makes my intent to provide the highest quality products possible, in respect of correct nutritional principles, in the field of Finger Food and Catering industry in general.
