The definition of homemade beer given by Lorenzo Dabove, in art "Kuaska", (expert, especially in the field of Belgian beer), is as follows: "A homemade beer normally is not filtered or pasteurized, it is created in small quantities, with top quality ingredients and without the use of substitutes, by a small producer and often served in the brewpub and / or supplied to pubs, restaurants or shops belonging to the same geographical area ".
